Malma Capellini nidi in minestrone

Capellini nidi in minestrone


  • 3 capellini nidi nests
  • 1l of chicken broth
  • 50g canned green peas
  • 1 mashed and salted garlic clove
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • salt, pepper, hot pepper


Cut in cubes:

  • 25g of bacon
  • 3 celery stems
  • 2 large tomatoes (skinned)
  • ½ red pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ medium size zucchini
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 potato


To decorate: grated parmesan, parsley tops.


Heat olive oil and fry bacon in a large pot. Add vegetables, garlic and fry for a few minutes stirring. Pour hot broth into the pot and boil in a covered pot on low heat for about 10 minutes. At the end, put green peas and crumbled pasta. Boil for another 3 minutes. Serve with grated parmesan and parsley.
