Malma Fusilli a'la gorgonzola

Fusilli a'la gorgonzola


  • 200 g of fusilli
  • 250 ml of 30% or 22% cream
  • 125 g of gorgonzola cheese
  • 3 spoonful of grated parmesan
  • salt, black pepper and herbal pepper


To decorate: parsley tops, parmesan, cherry tomatoes.


Heat cream and gorgonzola cheese in a pan. Wait until the cheese melts down and add parmesan. Add some water if necessary to get the right consistency. After a while, add boiled pasta and mix. Put on a plate, decorate.

Perfect complement: dry red whine with distinctive taste.
