To decorate: parmesan, parsley tops, cherry tomatoes.
Mix basil and pre-chopped garlic in a blender for a while at low speed (the consistence of pesto should not be smooth). Then add nuts and almonds that have been burnt on a pan in advance. Add cheese and olive oil, mix gently with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Add pesto to boiled pasta. Serve with grated parmesan, decorate with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
