To decorate: parmesan, parsley tops.
Unfreeze prawns and put them into salted boiling water for 2 minutes. In the meantime, melt butter in a pan, add pressed garlic, salt and pepper. Add some parsley, tomatoes cut in cubes and pour some wine. When the sauce is ready add the prawns. Finally, add boiled pasta. Decorate with parsley and parmesan.
A perfect complement: dry white wine.
